About me

My name is Agnieszka - though most people call me Aggie. For over a decade, I have been working therapeutically with children, young people, and adults in many different settings. I have experience providing highly specialised counselling to people on the Autism Spectrum as well as to those living with severe mental health difficulties.

During my training and practice, I secured a placement with a Specialist NHS Trust, providing face-to-face therapeutic counselling to adults newly diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum. This experience has been invaluable. I discovered that a diagnosis is only one part of a person’s story. Many of the people I supported lived with a mix of experiences and challenges - from dyslexia and dyspraxia to OCD, self-harm, bereavement, and the everyday pressures of life. For some, receiving an autism diagnosis brought clarity, but for many it also brought feelings of isolation, inadequacy, or of being an “outsider.”

In our work together, I saw how powerful it can be when someone feels accepted exactly as they are. Through a person-centred approach - offering empathy, unconditional positive regard, and a genuine relationship - clients began to trust themselves, process deep emotions, and discover new ways of connecting with their own sense of self. This has inspired me to continue developing in this area, and I am currently undertaking an MA in Autism Research Studies at Sheffield Hallam University, further deepening my knowledge and practice.

I am known for being open and approachable, unafraid of having honest conversations, and committed to making mental health support accessible for people from all walks of life. My work is neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQ+ inclusive, and welcoming to people of every background and identity.
I adapt my language to meet people where they are, always striving for fairness and clarity. My intuition, creativity, and willingness to think outside the box shape the way I work with children, teenagers, and adults alike.

But above all - I am me. And it’s me I bring into the room when I sit with you, whatever issues, problems, or dilemmas you carry. I speak from my mind, my heart, and my intuition.

I believe you already hold within you everything you need to grow into your fullest potential. You may wonder - how will this happen?
The answer lies in relationship.

Imagine experiencing yourself in an environment of unconditional positive regard, non-judgement, and empathy - a place where you can simply be you.
From the moment you step into my space, we will collaborate and negotiate safety and boundaries together. In this shared space you’ll be free to cry or laugh, swear or remain silent - whatever feels right for you.

By engaging therapeutically, you’ll enter a sacred space of self-healing. We might talk. We might stay silent. We might listen, draw, or step outside if four walls feel too confining. We might use the sand tray, explore miniatures, or work with clay to express subconscious processes. We might connect with your inner child and embrace all parts of yourself. Each session is tailored to your needs.

Together we will work through the layers of past, present, and future anxieties. On your terms, in your own time.

I believe my therapeutic skills, patience, and willingness to go the extra mile can empower those who are searching for connection with their true self - enabling them to live life in a way that feels authentic, rather than in the way society has told them they “should.”

And beyond my professional life, I remain a seeker of wonder. I love walking, connecting with nature, pausing to reflect on life’s mysteries, and continuously expanding my awareness. These personal practices remind me that growth, healing, and connection are lifelong journeys - ones I am honoured to walk alongside others in.
