Yes, many clients, supervisees, and students find online sessions just as safe, supportive, and effective as in-person work.
They also offer flexibility and continuity, especially if location or travel is a challenge.

Having recently followed my dream and relocated to Scotland, I now offer all sessions online. This allows me to continue providing flexible and accessible support, no matter where you are in the UK - or beyond

Yes, everything you share is confidential, with a few important exceptions: if I believe there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if there are safeguarding or legal requirements. We can talk this through fully in our first session.

Yes. I work with adults and teenagers (11+) in counselling sessions. For younger children (ages 3-11), I offer therapeutic play sessions within primary schools - please contact me directly for more information.

Yes. This is a growing specialisation of mine. I provide supervision that is neurodiversity-affirming, flexible, and respectful of difference. My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where Autistic counsellors can reflect on their work without masking, and where their lived experiences are recognised as strengths.

The BACP minimum requirement is 1.5 hours of supervision per month. Many counsellors choose to have more, depending on their caseload.
We will discuss and agree what feels right for you.

Yes. I offer reduced supervision fees for counselling students. Please see my Fees page for details.

I mentor university students at all levels — from entry level to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral.

Mentoring is about more than academic support. It includes strategies for managing study and daily life, guidance around mental health and disabilities, and encouragement to build independence and confidence.

Counselling focuses on personal growth and emotional wellbeing, while mentoring is more practical - supporting your studies, confidence, and day-to-day challenges. Both are supportive but serve different purposes.
