Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or lonely. Counselling offers you a safe, supportive space to explore what’s happening for you - without judgement, pressure, or expectation.
In our sessions, you are free to bring whatever feels important: thoughts, feelings, memories, dilemmas, or simply the need to be heard. Sometimes we’ll talk, sometimes we may sit in silence, and sometimes creative approaches (like drawing, using a sand tray, or working outdoors) can help express what words cannot.
I work in an integrated manner, drawing from a range of approaches, but always with the belief that you are the expert on your own life.
My role is to walk alongside you, listen deeply, and help you reconnect with your own resources and strengths.
My approach is also neurodiversity-affirming, and I work with many autistic people. I recognise the importance of creating a space where difference is respected and celebrated, and where you are free to express yourself without pressure to mask or fit into neurotypical expectations.
For me, counselling is also about empowering you to trust your own inner guiding light - the intuition we all hold within.
This quiet, steady voice is often hidden under layers of doubt, worry, or past experiences, but together we can create the conditions for you to reconnect with it.
