Fees and practical information

I believe that seeking support should feel as clear and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find practical information about sessions, including fees, cancellations, and how we can meet.

Counselling

• Who: Adults and teenagers (11+)
• Where: Online (via Zoom)
• Length: 1 hour
• Fee: £55 per session

For younger children (ages 3–11), I offer therapeutic play sessions directly within primary schools. Please contact me to discuss school-based arrangements.

Supervision

• Who: Trainee and qualified counsellors, including Autistic counsellors
• Where: Online (via Zoom)
• Length: 1 hour 30 minutes (BACP minimum requirement)
• Fee: £70 per session
• Concessions: £55 per session for counselling students

Mentoring

• Who: University students (entry level to doctoral)
• Where: Online (via Zoom)
• Length: 1 hour
• Fee: £55 per session

Cancellations

Life happens, and sometimes you may need to cancel. I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made after this time, or on the day of the session, will be charged at the full session fee.
